SafeHarbor Logistics in Manama seeks a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team. You will weld and fabricate metal parts according to blueprints, using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques, while maintaining safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has proven welding experience, the ability to read technical drawings, good hand-eye coordination, and the stamina to work on varied projects without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail with focus on quality work.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, sketches or specifications to determine layout and dimensions of the welding project.
• Clean, prepare and set-up materials for welding using grinders or other tools as necessary.
• Use various welding techniques MIG, TIG, Arc to join metal parts according to project requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality control purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and completed projects.
• Follow all safety guidelines when operating equipment or handling materials.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects.
