The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-end dining or hotel settings, strong leadership, a Culinary Arts degree, and the ability to work under pressure. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively.
• Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes that delight guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
