Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of mechanics is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to operate excavators and other heavy machinery
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
• Assist in setting up and securing work sites
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with ground crew
• Safely load and unload materials onto trucks or into designated areas
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
