GlowUp Kuwait is hiring an ESL Teacher in Bahrain. You will create engaging lessons, teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening, and adapt to learners of varying ages and levels. You will assess progress and provide feedback while developing or following a curriculum.
The role emphasizes clear English grammar explanations, uses diverse methods, and offers visa sponsorship for non-nationals. Accommodation is not included, and the position is located in Dar Kulaib.
As an ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students whose native language is not English. Your main role will be to teach English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to students of various ages and proficiency levels. Your lessons will be based on a curriculum that you will develop or follow, depending on the school's requirements. You will also be responsible for assessing students' progress and providing feedback, as well as creating lesson plans and activities.
Your main goal as an ESL Teacher will be to foster a positive learning experience for your students by using a variety of teaching methods and materials. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of different learners. You should also have a strong understanding of English grammar rules and the ability to explain them clearly.
To excel in this role, you should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification is preferred but not required. Previous experience teaching ESL or working with non-native English speakers is highly beneficial.
