Entry-Level Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Manager in Al-Malikiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing the sales process from start to finish. This is a contract job with a starting salary of $1100.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required (freshers welcome)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (Turkish is a plus)
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Location

This position is based in Al-Malikiyah but may require occasional travel within the region.
