Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
