SummitLab is seeking an Entry-Level Merchandiser in Isa Town, Bahrain to support planning and execution of merchandising strategies. You will set up displays, optimize product placement, and ensure stock levels are maintained for an appealing store presentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overstocks to management.

• Conduct regular store visits to assess stock levels, promotional displays, and competition activity.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to effectively communicate merchandising plans.

As an Entry-Level Merchandiser you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies for our companys products Your main duties will include setting up displays organizing product placement and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and presented in an appealing manner

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing merchandising plans for various products
• Set up product displays according to company guidelines
• Ensure that all products are properly stocked and organized on shelves or racks
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstocks to management
• Collaborate with sales team to identify trends and recommend changes to product placement
• Maintain clean and organized store appearance by regularly restocking reorganizing and cleaning displays
• Conduct regular store visits to assess stock levels promotional displays and competition activity
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to effectively communicate merchandising plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Working hours

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month The working hours will be determined by the needs of the stores which may include evenings weekends and holidays

This position is based in Isa Town Bahrain
