Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Crane operator certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of mechanical operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane controls to lift and move heavy materials according to instructions
• Check crane mechanisms and equipment before and after use for any malfunctions or defects
• Communicate with supervisors and team members via radio or hand signals
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the crane
• Keep accurate records of materials moved and hours worked
• Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed
