Job summary

Want More is seeking an entry level Baker in Al-Malikiyah to join our bakery team. You will assist experienced bakers with preparing breads, pastries and other baked goods, learning recipe execution and production flow in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hands-on training and the chance to grow into more responsible positions. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to follow recipes, strong attention to detail, good physical stamina to stand long hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare doughs and batters for various types of baked goods.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection.
• Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings, and toppings.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils.
