Want More in Muharraq is seeking an entry-level Baker to join our busy bakery. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone new to baking who wants hands-on experience and growth within our company.

Responsibilities include assisting in production of breads, pastries, and desserts; following recipes; maintaining cleanliness; monitoring inventory; supporting the team to fulfill orders; and adhering to health and safety standards. Salary is 1300$ per month with company-provided accommodation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some bakery/food production experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for baking and creativity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of various types of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Follow recipes accurately and consistently to ensure high-quality products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies are low.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen.
