Job summary

India Abroad in Isa Town, Bahrain, seeks experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join a busy restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have own visa (non-negotiable).
• Must be able to provide own accommodation (non-negotiable).
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Team player with good multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
