Job summary

ShieldPro Protection in Manama is seeking a hardworking Loader on a contract basis to join our team. You will load and unload goods, organize items for delivery, and ensure safe, secure handling throughout each shift.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; you must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, with good English communication. Bahrain work visa support is available for the right candidate, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 50lbs
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an asset
• Must have a valid work visa for Bahrain; free visa provided if needed
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods and materials onto trucks or other vehicles
• Organize and arrange items for efficient delivery
• Ensure all items are securely loaded to prevent damage during transportation
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
