Key responsibilities

• Install and configure machines at client location. (Training will be provided)
• Perform routine monthly services and regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure its proper functionality.
• Diagnose and repair any technical issues. Provide troubleshooting support either remotely or on-site to address client concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations and service visits.
• Document installation processes, maintenance activities, and repairs for future reference and reporting purposes.

Job requirements

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support for equipment or machines. Experience with scent diffusion systems or similar technologies is a plus.

Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
• Ability to drive and transport equipment to customer sites efficiently.
