Qualifications

• Prior dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, glassware and cooking utensils.
• Sort and stack clean dishes for storage or use.
• Empty trash and maintain the dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure quick turnover of clean dishes for kitchen staff.
