Dishwasher Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using an industrial dishwasher
• Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area by sweeping, mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, etc.
• Empty trash bins regularly
• Assist with food prep as needed
• Follow instructions from senior staff members
• Work efficiently to keep up with the pace of the restaurant
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements
