Dietitian Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dietitian Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Dietitian Assistant, you will work closely with our registered dietitians to provide support and assistance in developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist registered dietitians in conducting initial assessments and follow-up appointments with clients
• Help develop and implement personalized nutrition plans based on client goals, dietary restrictions, and medical conditions
• Educate clients on healthy eating habits and provide resources for meal planning
• Keep track of client progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plan as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure meals served meet client's dietary needs
• Conduct grocery store tours with clients to help them make healthier food choices
• Keep up-to-date records of client information, appointments, and progress
• Assist with meal prep and cooking demonstrations for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Proven experience working in a clinical or community setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of basic nutrition principles and ability to apply them in developing nutrition plans
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using technology for record keeping
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Location

This position is located in Dar Kulaib. While preference will be given to candidates who can commute daily, we are open to discussing accommodation options if necessary.
