Job summary

VAM System is seeking a Developer – SharePoint & Automation for their operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have 7 to 10 years of experience and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering. The role involves developing software solutions using modern technologies including SharePoint, NodeJS, and PowerAutomate.

The candidate will be responsible for creating workflows, designing software components, and documenting solutions. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a creative team environment to deliver effective software solutions.

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in developing with modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by analyzing requirements and information needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain components using .NET Core and SharePoint.
• Implement workflows and develop dashboards with PowerAutomate.
• Document solutions with flowcharts and code comments.
• Build proof of concept examples for product testing.
• Participate in product design reviews in a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying requirements, analysis, and information needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; study system flows, data usage, and work processes; perform software design using development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using .NET Core, NodeJS, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint Server 2019, and SPFX using React.
• Implement SharePoint and PowerAutomate based workflows and develop Business Intelligence dashboards.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by creating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and clear code comments.
• Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software; maintain product test software and demos for training purposes.
• Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment.
• Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, PowerApps/Flow, and Power Automate.
• Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap, or responsive design for all devices.
• Design and develop workflows using PowerAutomate, SharePoint Designer, and Nintext Workflows.
