Job summary

Il Viaggiator Goloso is seeking a Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design projects and guide creative teams through concept, development, and production stages. You will oversee client interactions, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure designs meet aesthetic, technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic design thinking, and the ability to translate client needs into practical, commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in design management, project design, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity, technical knowledge, and project execution.
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, production processes, and technical documentation.
• Experience managing design teams, project budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies, concepts, and standards aligned with company objectives and client requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate design teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Oversee the design process from concept development to detailed design, production, and implementation.
• Review design proposals, layouts, drawings, 3D renderings, materials, and presentation documents.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
