Job summary

BrightConnect is seeking a dedicated Florist in Isa Town to create beautiful arrangements for weddings, birthdays, and funerals. You will source fresh flowers, craft bouquets and centerpieces, and tailor designs to customer preferences while delivering friendly, professional service.

You'll maintain inventory, handle transactions, and ensure impeccable presentation in a fast-paced shop. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required, along with good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience as a florist or related role preferred but not required.
• Passion for flowers and creativity in arranging them.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with customers.
• Flexibility in working hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Source and select high-quality flowers from local suppliers.
• Arrange flowers in styles including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, corsages.
• Consult with customers to understand requirements and preferences.
• Create custom floral arrangements per customer preferences.
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Handle transactions with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
• Follow proper care instructions to maintain freshness and quality.
