Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid biometric passport preferable.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator preferable.
• Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work at heights in all weather conditions.
• Knowledge of different types of cranes and their operations.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operates various types of cranes including mobile and tower cranes to lift and move materials at construction sites.
• Performs daily maintenance checks on the crane to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe operation of the crane.
• Communicates with ground crew using hand signals or radio to ensure the safe movement of materials.
• Keeps accurate records of materials lifted, moved and their destination.
• Reports any malfunctions or issues with the crane to the supervisor immediately.
• Adheres to project timelines and deadlines for material movement.
• Ensures that all necessary permits are obtained before operating the crane on public roads or highways.
