• Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites.
• Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed at all times.
• Conduct pre‑operational checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Communicate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Keep accurate records of crane operations, maintenance, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
• Monitor weather conditions to determine if it is safe to operate the crane.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry.
• Valid crane operator certification/license.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and load charts.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and depth perception.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and work at heights.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

Preferred

• Experience operating different types of cranes such as tower cranes, mobile cranes, or overhead cranes.
