Compensation and Benefits

• Joining ticket will be provided by the company
• Starting basic salary: BD 180 + Accommodation allowance: BD 40 + Food (Not Included)
• Commission (Available)
• Working hours: 48 hours per week + OT (when required)
• Basic salary may be increased to BD 20 upon obtaining Bahraini or GCC Driving license (after completion of probation)
• 30 days annual leave per year + ticket every 2 years
• Employment visa provided by the company + medical insurance + transportation provided for nearby areas

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cooler Technician to install, maintain, and repair coolers and other cooling equipment in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair coolers and other cooling equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on coolers to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with coolers and other cooling equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal performance
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new installations and upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigerators/coolers/chillers fixing & repairing
• Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field
• Valid Bahraini driving license or GCC valid light driving license
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
