Job summary

Abroad Work is seeking a contract Welder for Dar Kulaib. You will weld and fabricate metal components according to specifications, reading blueprints and diagrams. The role requires 2+ years’ experience and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary is 1,400 USD per month with accommodation provided for the duration of the contract, offering a short-term opportunity in Dar Kulaib for skilled welders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Experience with steel and aluminum.
• Must have own basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams to determine welding requirements.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness, and strength.
• Repair or modify metal components as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
