Executive Connect Qatar is seeking a Contract Nurse for a position in Manama. The role requires providing high-quality nursing care in accordance with medical protocols as part of a contract engagement.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with an active nursing license from the country of origin (if not Bahraini) and at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in hospital or clinical settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Valid nursing license from country of origin (if not Bahraini).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in hospital or clinical setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsabilités

Conduct routine patient assessments and provide appropriate medical care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition
Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices
Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports as needed
Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional nursing standards
