Job summary

Work corp in Manama, Bahrain is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician for a contracted role. The technician will install, maintain, test, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and control systems, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reading manuals and diagrams, keeping records, and collaborating with engineers. On-call availability and a valid Bahrain work permit are required for urgent responses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of various types of instruments used in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, test, and repair instruments such as gauges, meters, analyzers, controllers, and sensors.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems.
• Perform regular maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning.
• Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to troubleshoot issues.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report malfunctions.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete projects or resolve complex issues.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
