Job summary

leading-edge in Bahrain seeks an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in pools construction. You will oversee pool projects, ensure workmanship quality, and coordinate with contractors and designers to meet design specs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least 5 years in construction (preferably pool construction), knowledge of building methods and local regulations, with on-site supervision and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in pool construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of swimming pools, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Collaborate with clients and designers to understand project requirements and develop construction plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Ensure that all construction work meets high-quality standards and specifications.
