Operating across the UK and GCC, Vantic Ventures supports early-stage founders and teams with strategy, product design, technical development, and market entry. We grow ventures internally or spin them off as independent companies.

Role Description

This is a profit-based contract role for a hybrid Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Vantic Ventures, located in Manama (with some work from home acceptable).

Important: This role has no fixed salary; compensation is tied directly to the success and profitability of the ventures.

The CTO will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the development and implementation of software.
• Managing technical projects and small agile teams.
• Creating IT strategies aligned with company goals.
• Driving product development and architecture to scale innovative ideas into successful ventures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Development and IT Strategy.
• Hands-on coding skills (ability to develop MVPs and small applications independently).
• Skills in Project Management and System Architecture.
• Proficiency in Product Development (SaaS, mobile apps, or automation).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in a startup environment is a strong plus.
