Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company’s strategic vision in alignment with board directives
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across the GCC, Europe, and beyond
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and other key partners
• Oversee operations across manufacturing, production, project delivery, and quality assurance
• Drive P&L performance, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
• Champion lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives
• Inspire and lead a high-performing executive and management team
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative organizational culture
• Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and regulatory standards
• Provide regular, transparent reporting to the Board of Directors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, or composites
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and financial oversight
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
