Job description

• Chief Accountant reporting to CFO

• Chief Accountant reporting to CFO

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the group's financial accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
• Supervise the accounting team and streamline financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and corporate governance requirements.
• Collaborate with finance teams across divisions for consolidated financial reporting.
• Support strategic financial planning and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a group of companies.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
