Job summary

Woopel in Isa Town, Bahrain, is seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor with at least 5 years carpentry experience and 3 years in supervision to join our reputable construction team.

You will lead a team of carpenters on site, read blueprints, ensure safety, manage materials and costs, and coordinate with project managers and clients. English required; Arabic a plus; accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with 3+ years in supervision.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

We are a reputable construction company located in Isa Town, Bahrain seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of carpenters to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects

Requirements

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Valid driver's license is preferred
