Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Muharraq. The role involves constructing, installing, and repairing wooden and other material structures and fixtures. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in carpentry and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine materials needed and dimensions of structure or fixture.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalk, and marking gauge.
• Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trimmings, etc.
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools.
• Inspect wood products for defects to ensure conformance with specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, etc.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail with good measuring skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Own transportation.

Compensation & Benefits
