Job Summary

Seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead advisory and assurance projects in Capital Projects & Construction. The role involves project delivery, client management, business development, and providing expert guidance on major capital programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advisory/assurance engagements end-to-end
• Provide expertise on capital project execution
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction
• Support proposals, reports, and senior-level presentations
• Build industry network for business growth
• Handle multiple projects independently

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Construction) or Architecture; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in Capital Projects consulting with mandatory Big 4 experience.
• Expertise in project management, QS, costing, budgeting, QA/QC, project controls, procurement, and risk.
• Experience with PMO/BPI, digital tools, and sectors like Rail, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, and Industrial.
• Strong regional network with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Able to work under pressure, multitask, and travel as needed.
• Minimum 8+ years of Capital Projects experience in Qatar.
• Bilingual: Arabic + English.
• Age ≤ 45; local candidates preferred.
• Not suitable: Candidates from Syria, India, Pakistan.
