Qualifications

• No previous experience required; some knowledge of coffee preparation preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and work well in a team.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Ensure quality control by using proper measurements and ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments
• Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences or dietary restrictions
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
