Job summary

PrimeDefense USA is seeking a Barista on a contract basis in Manama. You will greet customers, take orders, and craft espresso-based drinks while maintaining café cleanliness and high service standards.

The role requires excellent English communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Prior barista experience is preferred but not required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions

This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The working hours will be determined based on the needs of the café but may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
