Job Title: Contract Barista - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain



We are in search of a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team on a contract basis at our coffee shop in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Contract Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages according to company standards
- Ensure consistent quality in all drinks by following proper measurements and recipes
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to assist customers with their orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and answering any questions or concerns
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized at all times by following proper sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Passion for coffee and the ability to create latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
