Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution architecture with focus on core banking and cloud environments.
• Experience with Temenos Core Banking system and integration patterns.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive overall technology solution architecture and AI strategy ensuring alignment with objectives and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across platforms, integrations, and engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Lead design, evaluation and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and proof-of-concepts.
