Job summary

Advanced Search in Bahrain is seeking an experienced ACCA qualified or part-qualified professional to join our Audit & Assurance team. The candidate should have practical Bahraini audit experience and strong IFRS knowledge, with the ability to independently coordinate with clients throughout an audit assignment.

The role requires minimum 2 years of audit experience in Bahrain, proficiency with ISA standards, and solid communication in English to manage queries and deliver high-quality financial

Qualifications

• ACCA qualification or part-qualification (or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant).
• Minimum 2 years of audit/assurance experience in Bahrain.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Ability to independently coordinate with clients during audits.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete statutory and external audit assignments.
• Review accounting records, trial balances, financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and review audit working papers and schedules.
• Identify audit risks, control weaknesses and accounting issues.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS requirements.
• Ensure audits comply with ISA and communicate findings.
