Description

In this role, you will lead client engagements, drive business development, and manage the delivery of complex risk, compliance, and internal audit projects across the financial services sector. Youwill oversee project lifecycles, mentor a team of consultants, and contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the practice.

The job duties include:
  • Client Engagement and Business Development
  • Lead client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (C-level and Board of Directors).
  • Identify new business opportunities and successfully sell and deliver consulting services, with a proven ability to generate over $1M in annual revenue.
  • Develop and deliver proposals, including scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Project and Program Delivery
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of large-scale consulting engagements across the financial services sector.
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and resourcing through execution and reporting.
  • Deliver high-impact outcomes across financial risk, operational risk, internal audit, governance, and compliance transformation.
  • People and Practice Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of 10+ consultants, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Manage resource planning, performance management, and professional development for junior team members.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm’s Financial Services service line, methodologies, and thought leadership.
