Job summary

ConFlip in Isa Town, Bahrain, is seeking a responsible live-in Babysitter to care for two children aged 2 and 4 on a full-time basis. Accommodation is provided, and you will be part of a warm, family environment.

Ideal candidates have proven babysitting experience, a good understanding of child development, strong communication skills, and a readiness to ensure safety and routines. First aid certification is preferred.

Babysitter (Live-In)

We are a family living in Isa Town, seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our household. This is a full-time, live-in position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for our two young children (ages 2 and 4)
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
• Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in routines and rules
• Accompany children on outings or appointments as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Babysitter or Nanny
• Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
• Must be legally eligible to work in Isa Town

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1400 per month, with accommodation provided.
