Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure the established standard operating policies and procedures are adhered to by staff members
• Assist the Salon Manager in preparing reports such as financial reports, staffing reports, guest satisfaction reports, inventory reports, general maintenance reports
• Demonstrate and reinforce excellent guest service to promote a positive customer orientation
• Assist the Salon Manager in recruiting, training, and evaluating Salon staff
• Assist the Salon Manager in managing and monitoring salon operations
• Follow the salon’s report of expenses, and maintains continual awareness of expense/loss control to ensure effective management of expenses
• Provide excellent guest service; ensure guests are happy, the salon retains their business, and remains known as a quality hair care provider
• Recommend product purchases to guests to maximize product sales, and to ensure they are using the right product for their hair type/style
• Maintain salon equipment, and reinforce salon cleanliness
• Perform other projects, work and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to customers
