A leading administrative services provider in Manama is seeking an experienced administrative support professional to greet guests, manage phone communications, and assist with membership processes. The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor's degree, along with 3-5 years in a related role and strong Microsoft Office skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment where customer interaction and coordination are key.
This role is to support and handle a variety of administrative support tasks, welcoming/greeting members, and guests and receiving visitors including answering phones as well as coordinating events hosted at the club.
