Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the bakery or ingredients industry.
• Knowledge of yeast, fermentation and/or sourdough.
• Technical background in bakery or food technology.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and preferably French.

Responsabilités

• You advise customers on yeast, sourdough, improvers, and mixes.
• Help bakeries with technical challenges and growth plans.
• Give demos, workshops, and baking trials.
• Support product launches and tests.
• Work closely with sales and marketing.

Connaissances

Experience in bakery or ingredients industry

Knowledge of yeast, fermentation and/or sourdough

Fluent communication in Dutch

Fluent communication in English

Proficient in French

Technical background in bakery or food technology
