Cross Chartering is seeking an Operations & Documentation Coordinator in Antwerp to manage yacht transport documentation from the office. You will maintain vessel manifests, collect specs and papers, and issue cargo and insurance documents to clients.

You will coordinate with owners, captains, brokers, and management companies, chase missing documents and overdue payments, and liaise with ocean carriers and vessel agents. Fluent English required; Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, freight forwarding, chartering or port agency.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented and precise in documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain vessel manifests — the single source of truth for what is on each sailing.
• Chase and collect yacht specifications and supporting documents from owners, captains, brokers and management companies.
• Prepare and send out cargo and insurance documentation to customers.
• Sent out invoices and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Liaise with our ocean carriers and vessel agents on each voyage.
