TiTANS Consulting zoekt een Game Development Programmer voor XR Labs in België, gericht op de ontwikkeling van XR simulators voor politie en defensie. Je maakt intensief gebruik van Unity en C# om realistische trainingsscenario's te bouwen, werkt samen met 3D artists, projectleiders en operationele eindgebruikers en levert functionele, performante XR systemen op verschillende platforms.

De positie valt onder DTO – Innovatie en rapporteert aan het XR-Lab.

Qualifications

Bachelor diploma in computer science, Game Development of a related field, or extensive sector experience with a strong portfolio.
Experience with police, defence or security services is a plus.
Experience with 3D scanning and digital reconstruction (LIDAR, photogrammetry).
Experience in operational training environments.

Responsabilités

Unity development: develop, implement and maintain XR simulator systems and mechanics with Unity and C#, tailored to training needs of units and police.
Write clean, maintainable C# code including debugging and optimization for XR simulators.
Collaborate closely with end-users, artists, designers and other programmers to create realistic XR simulators of scenarios and challenges.
Implement core features, interactive XR elements and scenarios reflecting real-world operations.
