BESIX is seeking an Interior Architect for bespoke interior design projects in Belgium. You will translate clients' aspirations into high-quality workplace concepts and lead design through concept development and technical coordination.

Responsibilities include developing concepts and layouts, preparing mood boards, coordinating technical drawings, and ensuring project feasibility through site visits and liaison with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in interior architecture or workplace design.
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
• Genuine affinity for interior design, materials and finishes.
• Experience reading, creating and editing plans independently.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software.
• Creative, aesthetically minded and solution oriented.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design workplace concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions.
• Create interior design proposals, material selections, and mood boards.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Adapt designs according to client requirements and project constraints.
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings and documentation.
• Read and interpret architectural and technical plans.
• Work with design and visualization software.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Participate in site visits and monitor progress.
• Ensure design quality and feasibility throughout the project.
• Support smooth handover to execution teams.
• Stay up to date with workplace trends and materials.
