Job summary

Seven Senders GmbH is seeking a Working Student – Customs Solutions in a hybrid role based in Berlin. This 4‑month replacement position runs from 1 November 2026 through 28 February 2027, offering hands‑on experience bridging project management, operations and product strategy in customs solutions.

You will own and develop the customs solution, support returns operations across Switzerland, the UK, and Norway, and help shape processes and the SaaS product with the Product team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a German university, based in Berlin.
• Looking for a part-time role (20 hours per week).
• Background or initial experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus.
• Curious about logistics processes and motivated to contribute ideas.
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented; able to take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and further develop our customs solution as a product, contributing to its performance and growth in the market.
• Support and coordinate return operations, including hubs and local operations in Switzerland, the UK, and Norway.
• Help shape and implement processes, systems, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations and full compliance for e‑commerce merchants.
• Contribute ideas to enhance our customs SaaS application, collaborating with the Product team to stay competitive.
