PwC Belgium is seeking a talented Workday Consultant to join our Advisory team. You will work within a multinational environment, leading HCM workstreams and guiding clients through digital HR transformations.

You will contribute to diverse Workday projects, from strategy through deployment, leveraging your HCM expertise and strong Excel skills. PwC Belgium offers flexible hybrid work patterns and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Economics – HRM option, Commercial Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience in HCM Workday configuration.
• Workday HCM Core certification is a plus.
• Workday certification in additional Workday HCM modules is a plus.
• Completed at least one full Workday implementation (design, configuration, test, deploy, hypercare).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel).

• Define business requirements, challenge clients, and advise using best practices.
• Design and optimize HR processes aligned with requirements and best practices.

We’re looking for a talented Workday Consultant to join our technology consulting department as part of our team.

Your impact

As an HR Workday Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

• You will assist clients throughout their digital transformation projects, from strategy through execution.
• You will lead one or more HCM functional streams during Workday implementation projects.
• You will help the client to define the business requirements, challenge them and provide advice based on best practices.
• You will be responsible for designing and optimizing HR business processes, in line with business requirements and best practices.
• You will be responsible for Workday configuration and testing.
• You will act as an HR advisor throughout the Workday implementation.

About you

• You have a master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, (Applied) Economics – option HRM or Commercial Engineering or Computer Science
• You have experience in HCM Workday configuration.
• Being Workday HCM Core certified is a plus.
• Being Workday certified in one or more additional Workday HCM modules (e.g. recruitment, talent & performance, compensation…) is a plus.
• You have completed at least one full Workday implementation (design, configuration, test, deploy, hypercare)
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• You are creative and eager to solve challenging problems.
• You enjoy being client facing as from day one.
• You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work with high flexibility and independently.
• You are keen to take on new challenges and to continuously learn.
• You are sociable and communicative, while embracing an inclusive environment.
