Qualifications
- Experience with implementing, configuring or supporting WMS solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, EDI and interfaces.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations.
Responsabilités
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical WMS solutions.
- Configure and support Warehouse Management Systems.
- Support implementations, migrations and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot WMS-related incidents and provide user support.
- Build interfaces between WMS platforms, customers and partners.
- Create reports and support data analysis.
- Deliver training and knowledge sharing to business users.
- Participate in on-call support rotation.
