Yusen Logistics is seeking a TMS Applications Specialist to bridge transport operations and IT across Europe. You will configure Transport Management Systems, support issues, and translate operational requirements into practical system configurations.

Collaborate with business users, IT colleagues, and external vendors to deliver reliable system improvements, participate in UAT, build reports, and support digitalisation projects across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or freight forwarding environments.
• Knowledge of Transport Management Systems or other business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable configuring applications and supporting business users.
• Good technical understanding of interfaces, databases or SQL is an advantage.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with Carlo TMS or similar Transport Management Systems is a strong advantage.

To strengthen our European IT organisation, we are looking for a TMS Applications Specialist to support and optimise our Transport Management Systems. This is not a pure software development role. Instead, you'll translate operational transport requirements into smart system configurations and help optimise the way our transport operations work across Europe. You'll work closely with business users, IT colleagues and external vendors to deliver reliable and user-friendly solutions.

Your Role

As TMS Applications Specialist, you are the link between transport operations and IT. You ensure our Transport Management Systems support the business efficiently by configuring applications, resolving issues and implementing improvements that make a real difference for our users.
