Job summary

XWARE ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY is seeking a PTC Windchill Engineer with automotive experience to support and improve our PLM environment across Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing.

You will administer Windchill, configure workflows and lifecycles, support APQP/PPAP, manage EBOM/MBOM structures and configuration management for vehicle programs, and provide user training and documentation to drive digital engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windchill administration and customization.
• Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 26262, change management, and engineering data flows.
• Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure PTC Windchill (workflows, lifecycles, access control, product structure).
• Support automotive processes: APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, ECR/ECN, DVP&R, traceability.
• Manage EBOM/MBOM structures and configuration management for vehicle programs.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in PLM processes and digital engineering workflows.
